After spending a week in bed, recovering from the flu and a chest infection, I’ve been searching for ways to boost my immune system this winter. There are many ways to keep colds at bay but my favourite remedy is this Mulled Cranberry, Apple & Promegranate drink.
Not only is it full of immune-boosting vitamins and anti-oxidants but it is so bold and delicious, making it a wonderful non-alcoholic alternative to mulled wine during the festive season. It’s also a very comforting drink to sip on when you’re already feeling under the weather, the warm liquid helps sooth your throat and keep you hydrated.
