Making your own sugar-free alternative to icing sugar is super easy! I like to use xylitol as it’s natural and tastes just like regular sugar.
- 4 cups / 860g xylitol
- Add the xylitol to a high-powered blender and blend on the highest setting for a few minutes until the granulated xylitol is turned into a powder.
- Keep in an air-tight container at room temperature.
