August is not only my birthday month but it's also the anniversary of my blog. It's going to be 5 years old this year!

So it's time to celebrate and what better way to celebrate than with some cake?

I'm definitely making the Vegan Mint Chocolate Chip cake for my son's 9th birthday coming up! Our family of 6 went Vegan last month & we haven't celebrated a birthday as Vegans yet.

Wow, this looks more like a bakery page than a recipe page - talk about impressive! I would struggle to make a cake look this pretty, but as long as the recipes are delicious (which I'm sure they are) who cares about the looks. It's what's on the inside that counts, right?
