MULLED WINE HOT CHOCOLATE

You will need... Red wine, oat milk, dark chocolate, cocoa powder, Demerara sugar, spice and orange peel

Make the mulled wine by simmering the wine, spices, sugar and orange for 10 minutes.

Drain the wine into a jug or bowl.

Make the hot cocoa by gently heating the milk, chocolate and cocoa powder, until melted and dissolved.

Whisk until smooth.

Pour the mulled wine into the hot cocoa.

Pour the mixture into two mugs.

(Optional) Top with dairy-free whipped cream and vegan marshmallows.
